I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

We were very unhappy with the quality of the hospital bed we rented, and the quality of service. Calls were not returned in a timely manner, and requested repairs were never made. The rental bed could have been put in a museum for arcane hospital equipment! The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the inner coil protruded. We had to place our own mattress on the top to prevent decubitus ulcers. Both bed rails did not serve their intended purpose (on one the weld broke and the other side was very loose). No one seemed to care about the comfort of the patient. We will not use this provider again!
