It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

I have been very happy with my dental care and treatment at Dr. Gallacher's office. I continually refer friends looking for a "good dentist" to the office. Since I started as a patient a few years ago, I have found the staff to be very friendly and professional. What impressed me at first was the sophisticated and clean feel of the office. This told me a lot about the doctor's care he wanted to provide for his patients without even having met him. The office's physical sense of order and peacefulness is also reflected in the staff.

I appreciate Dr. Gallacher's conservative approach to dental care. He was able to save one of my back molars from a root canal. The start of the decay was undetected by another dentist a year prior. In his words, "This is a new technology but we will give it a try. We'll schedule you a month out and see how it took." A year and a half latter I don't even experiencing mild sensitivity. He even worked to improve the contact on that tooth without charge. This experience has secured my confidence with the doctor.

When I moved to the area I considered keeping my doctor in California because she was a family friend and has received multiple honors for her work. I feel grateful to have found a local dentist in Tacoma with whom I feel the same level of confidence.
