I will say that when you have a practice full of good patients that are their because of the person at the front desk who’s smile and charm she brings to the office, but has a person (the wife of the dentist) and has an attitude that is the worse I have ever seen. The professionalism of the doctor and his wife( a very BI__CH ) are unacceptable. The wife is RUDE and MEAN to the people that work for her. The office manager I found to be WARM, NICE and CARING to all of the people she deals with all the time. The one and only reason I continue to go this doctor is because of her. I think they know how important she is doing know that the people brings the business in, not the work of the Dentist (you can get that anywhere). The friendly Hello and BIG SMILE you always get bring people back (GET IT!!!!!!). That is why I think they treat her like dirt. This kind of behavior is inexcusable. They need to wake up before she is gone for good and all of their business with her. To the office manager, I want you to know that ' YOU ARE GREAT!!!!!!' and the only reason I go to this office. If you leave I do.
