They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Was not impressed with the office staff...very unfriendly
