They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Was very nervous and uncomfortable about going to psychologist. I had never been to one and had no idea what to expect. I have never been more comfortable talking to someone about a problem. Attentive to what was said and made every effort to make me feel comfortable. Even the receptionist was courteous and welcoming. I was walked through test results and just when I thought things were getting uncomfortable Dr. Marullo would throw some twist in the conversation that made me think or laugh. Look no further if you need someone who cares about whats troubling you.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
