Ajapa Yoga is practical and scientific meditation and breathing technique, ideally suited for modern times.
This method has been handed down from the ancients and brought to the West by Shri Guru Janardan Paramahansa.
The ashram in California has been here since 1977.
This is a non profit org. dedicated to the teachings of Ajapa Yoga by Swami Guru Prasadji who resides in India.
He is the supreme teacher of Ajapa Yoga. The group here at the Ashram is dedicated to passing on these teachings.

I always have the best experience every time I go there. I have nothing to complain about,If anything goes wrong they make every effort to correct the situation. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how much attention to detail they show. I never have to worry when I'm there. They were absolutely amazing and make others feel comfortale and welcome.
