They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
